1) Take the kids to a petting zoo.
2) Treat yourself to a body, mind and soul experience by taking a hike. All you need is a comfortable pair of hiking shoes and a day pack.

3) If you’re near a large body of water, try stand-up paddle boarding (SUP). You’ll get a great overall work out and it’s easier and more fun than kayaking.
