Pieces here will generally be representations of the lived experience of the writer. Although, each piece is offered as a quiet reflection of what it means to be human, readers should be aware that these pieces may touch on subject areas that are triggering, emotive or emotional.

How do I contribute writing to the Words for Wellbeing Sanctuary?
If you have participated in a wellbeing workshop or 1:1 session, you can contribute to the Words for Wellbeing Sanctuary for free.
If you hold a current Writer’s Pass you can contribute to the Words for Wellbeing Sanctuary for free.
If you do not hold a current Writer’s Pass, there is a $25 joining fee and you need to submit a sample of your writing. Please get in touch here to express your interest and we’ll be in touch to discuss next steps.
The Words for Wellbeing Sanctuary publication process
If you wish to submit a piece for publication to the Words for Wellbeing Sanctuary please submit your piece here by the first Monday of each month. Pieces will be reviewed and uploaded by the last Friday of that month and made live the following month. Please note there will be a maximum of 20 pieces published per month (note: this is subject to change).
